In recent years, startup and Innovation have been receiving increased attention in many parts of the world. Through innovation and scalable technology, startups can generate impactful solutions, and thereby act as vehicles for socio-economic development and transformation. However, still there are many challenges that act as a hindrance in realising the true potential of startup and Innovation. With the Gujarat Chapter, we have decided to have productive discussions around Encouraging Start Up and Innovation at Higher education.
Brain Drain refers to the movement of highly skilled and educated people from one country to another where they can work in better conditions and earn more money. The brain drain reduces economic growth through the depletion of a source country’s human capital assets and, additionally, through loss of return on investment in education.With the Gujarat Chapter, we intends to have discussion on the Issue of Brain drain, which will help us to understand the reason behind it and how this problem can be solved.
